The Manager of Intake Services will be responsible to manage the intake process for our residential treatment programs located in the Regina, Saskatoon and Prince Albert areas.  The Manager will be the central communication hub for placement requests within the Agencys residential programs.

Qualifications and Experience:
    Masters degree in social work, psychology, or human services related field along with 6 years of experience.  Residential treatment experience is an asset
    candidates must have the combined qualities of excellent interpersonal and administrative skills
    excellent interpersonal, planning, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, consultative, and communication skills are essential
    functional understanding and knowledge of residential care, developmental disabilities, co-occurring mental health challenges, trauma, attachment, and other issues relating to complex, marginalized, and vulnerable individuals is required
    experience developing recommendations for treatment and service delivery-based review and consultation regarding standardized assessment /risk factors / needs
    skills and knowledge related to assessing culturally diverse individuals (children, youth, and adults)
    strong ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
    occasional travel will be required
    computer proficiency
