Description

We are looking for a Regional Intelligence Solutions Manager for Region 3 (Humboldt, Kelvington, Preeceville, Wynyard, Kamsack, Swan River). Get in the field with Pattison Agriculture!  

As RISM you will lead and support the optimization efforts for a determined region through internal/external training and linking customer needs to the optimal performance of their equipment. Focus will be placed on supporting all departmental Mainstreaming efforts, introduction of new technology and direct field work for designated key/strategic accounts.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
*Maintaining current knowledge of the latest John Deere equipment and technology, including short line & large ag equipment
*Train identified service technicians to perform infield optimizations and start-ups
*Support Service departments to maintain optimization competency  
*Perform start-up and optimizations for  customers
*Assist in the development and delivery of customer clinics
*Support in the development of SVAP products
*Support the role out of company training
*Support equipment preparation and sales team training
*Lead demonstrations of new products and technology for key customers
*Support and maintain customer data management products
*Be a team player

The ideal candidate will have at least two plus years of experience in the field of agriculture with knowledge and familiarity of the technology utilized in todays agriculture environment. Written and verbal communication skills are essential as is the ability to teach and talk publicly in training events.
