This is a seasonal role that will work between April - June 2021.
What you will do:
Plan and coordinate the proper warehousing of product
Check for damaged articles, quality and quantity and record quantities received and reports to manager/supervisor with regard to damaged items and shortages
Operate and service equipment used in the movement of farm supplies
Operate by industry regulations in the handling and storage of farm supplies and compete related documentation
Draw farm supplies from warehouse stock to fill customer orders
Make deliveries or assist with the co-ordination of shipment with the transportation organization
Assist in the identification of blending opportunities
Complete farm supply shipping documentation

Operate by industry regulations in the handling and storage of farm supplies
Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of a positive image program at the branch
Keep the manager informed of levels of existing stock
Keep facilities and grounds clean and tidy, well maintained, and free of fire hazards
Carry out a regular preventative maintenance program and conduct minor repairs
Maintain stock control records
What you will bring:
Grade 12 or equivalent
1+ year(s) operational experience preferred with demonstrated equipment operations and maintenance skills
Valid Class 5 drivers license preference will be given to candidates that hold a 3A or 1A
Ability to achieve warehousing license, WHMIS, TDG
