Mainline Chrysler is seeking a paint protection film and body Attendent . The right candidate should detail oriented and should be willing to learn and develop his/her skills. The candidate must be a team player who is able to work in a fast paced environment and is willing to devote him/herself to a growing organization.
As a paint protection film and/or body technician the candidate would be responsible for :
installing paint protection films
clean and prep vehicles prior to application
transport vehicles to and from the shop
maintain a clean shop / work environment
maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by management
ensure high quality applications / output
develop his/her skills and learn other skills
Clean vehicles as assigned according to standards set by Mainline Chrysler
Perform washes and detail cleans daily
Actively seek work after a job has been completed to maintain a full work day
Takes care of wash bay equipment (get the manager if a problem with equipment arises)
Keep wash bay area clean and neat
Learn to use computerized work dispatch system
May be asked to attend Dealership and staff functions
Wear Mainline uniform provided.
Help train staff.
Requirements
High School Diploma as Education
Current and valid driver's license
Ability to drive competently
Must have a keen attention to detail, excellent eye-hand coordination, willingness to learn, and able to listen and follow instructions properly, strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively multitask
Must have a courteous attitude towards others (associates, customers, etc.)
Must maintain a professional appearance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Some overtime and occasional Saturdays are required
Compensation
hourly wage or salary based on full-time position (negotiable depending on skill, ability, and prior experience)
