Description

A professional, reliable and flexible Medical Receptionist required for a busy, fully computerized clinic.  Past experience as a Medical Receptionist, RN or LPN an asset.  The clinic is open 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm Saturdays during the COVID pandemic.

Duties include:  Greeting and registering patients; answering a 10 line phone system; booking patients; confirming on-line booking; filing; faxing; scanning; billing; and duties as assigned.  Must be able to multi-task; have excellent language skills; excellent time management skills; detail-oriented and must be a team-player.  Previous medical office experience or a health related background is required in order to provide patients with ECGs, Urinalysis Testing and Blood Pressure monitoring.
