Position Summary
The City of Regina has an exciting opportunity for a customer focused, goal orientated, strategic leader to join the Financial Strategy & Sustainability Division! The Manager, Divisional Business Support provides leadership, long- and short-term operational and program planning, and stakeholder relationship management for the area. This role is responsible for managing and controlling the business support function for the division, advancing the divisions priorities, division culture and engagement, process improvement, performance data management, stakeholder relationships, operating policy and procedure development, and budget coordination.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager, Divisional Business Support is responsible for:
- Lead, while also supporting division leadership in division wide culture and engagement initiatives.
- Lead and support division wide pursuit of continuous improvement with a focus on customer experience and attaining operational efficiencies.
- Guide and support for the divisions annual and long-term strategic planning efforts in alignment with corporate and divisional priorities.
