Vendasta is looking for an Account Executive to join our fast-growing Marketplace division. The Marketplace division manages large volumes of many third-party, vendor product orders & activations across a broad spectrum. As an Account Executive, you will bring your sales solutions life-cycle experience to the table along with your collaboration skills plus, analytic mindset.  The day to day will typically consist of partner engagements, practice building, and operational support.
Responsibilities:
Liaison between Vendors and organization
Provide specialized consultative service and implementation for incoming Vendors to the Marketplace
Drive and maintain vendor programs, marketing and training
Review and negotiate terms of vendor contracts
Provide exceptional communication with vendors regarding day-to-day matters
Build and maintain positive relationships with Vendors and monitor vendor performance ensuring vendor fulfillment SLAs are met or exceeded
Will also support Director of Vendor Management and vendor operations in developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with vendors.
Skills & Qualifications:
Motivated and energetic self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight
Possesses understanding of the competitive landscape and an ability to navigate an industry that is constantly evolving with a high degree of ambiguity (understanding of the Cloud / Cloud distributor space an asset)
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinker and creative problem solver
Exceptional organization and/or project management skills
Excellent written & oral communication skills; outstanding presentation skills
1-3 years college/university degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of functional/industry experience.
