About the Position
This role is a fun and challenging position ideal for someone who wants hands-on work experience and a lucrative summer. Our team will be painting a variety of houses in Saskatoon this spring and summer.
This role involves:
-a fast paced, fun environment
-working outdoors in a crew of 2-3 painters
-gaining experience in customer service and communication
-provided training (no experience necessary)
-Covid-19 protocols followed
Requirements
-able to work full time through the majority of the summer
-reliable transportation (job locations change frequently)
-manual labour and ladder work required
-no painting experience necessary, but it is considered an asset
Compensation
Based on a piece-rate compensation system. Starting rate dependent on experience. Raises based on commendable work and skill after start date.
