We are seeking a 360 Recruiter to handle new business development, client relationship management, candidate research and recruitment, and order fulfillment.
New business development
Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
Prepare and post notices and job advertisements on behalf of our clients
Advise applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
Screen and interview applicants on behalf of our clients
Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
Coordinate testing and assessments
Communicate the results of interview outcomes to candidates
Coordinate and attend training seminars for candidates
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Invoicing and collecting from clients
