We are a busy locally owned business looking to expand our team! As a resurfacing technician, you will work independently and/or with a colleague to deliver outstanding service and quality workmanship for our clients kitchen and bath resurfacing needs. If you would like to learn a new skillset, are attentive to detail, and enjoy working in a new environment every day, weve got a position for you! Easy going work environment highly focused on quality and providing a positive experience for our clients. Training will be provided for the right applicant.

Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing bathtubs on site for refinishing using proper techniques, equipment and materials including cleaning, sanding, masking
- Support other repair technicians as required
- Knowledge and the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment
- Files, grinds and sands surfaces for repair
- Hand-sprays prepared surfaces

Required Skills:
- Must have valid drivers license
- Attentive to detail
- Customer service excellence
- Ability to work with a partner and independently
- Problem solver, able to find appropriate solutions quickly when issues arise
- Effective communicator
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime/weekends
- Will be required to successfully complete additional safety training upon hire (WHIMIS, first aid, etc.)
- Background check

Preferred Skills:
- Some previous trades experience is an asset
