Regional Administrator - Regina, SK


Rapidly expanding worldwide, our focus is on creating a diverse environment of talented individuals. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven Regional Administrator to join our team.

What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the Regional Administration Lead, you are focused on delivering administrative services and being the key contact for internal teams to deliver client contract accuracy. Your main responsibilities will include:

    Ensuring a seamless transition of client contracts between internal teams while reviewing for accuracy
    Entering client data into our grower's data management platform: FarmCommand
    Preparing all client invoicing and accounts receivable
    Establishing relationships with clients to be their point of contact for all contract enquiries
    Acting as the internal point person to be the subject matter expert in their region's client contracts
    Participating in local hub meetings to verify border changes and client acres

This role might be a great fit for you if you are an administrative professional with the ability to build relationships while working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed:

    5+ years of experience in an Administrative role
    A history of proactively building strong business relationships
    Diploma or certification in Administration would be considered an asset
