Description

Reporting to Director of Traffic this position will work with internal and external setup crews organizing the timely setups of the Brandt product.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure the setup contracts are in place for all active setup crews.
Source and sign up any new setup crews as required.
Insure that Insurance Certificates are current for all setup crews.
Work with Production teams in all manufacturing plants to find out when inventory will be available for shipping and setting up.
Issue POs to setup crews on a timely basis. This is to be done for both internal setups within the factory and external setups at dealers and/or setup facilities.
Create and maintain setup schedule for all product.
Track all loads to understand where the product is that needs to be setup.
Collect all paperwork that setup crews submit to ensure timely payment to these vendors.
Communicate with all setup crews regarding any changes to setup rates.
Track setup crew comments/concerns on setup rates to ensure we are paying fairly and appropriately.
Communicate with sales force and order fulfillment the infield setup schedule.
