Education: Diploma in administration or human resource management and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent)

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process for all external hires, including pro-actively recruiting, preparing job postings, sourcing/screening, co-ordinating and facilitating interviews and testing, conducting reference checks and issuing offer letters and employee agreements.
- Support managers in the hiring process and in welcoming and on-boarding new employees
- Manage the initial stages of the on-boarding process
- Help develop and document workplace policies and processes
- Additional tasks as required
