KH Developments is a COR certified Land Development/ Construction Company based in Warman, Saskatchewan. We work in all areas of Construction including Underground Infrastructure, Earth Moving, Road Construction as well as Park Development and other bid work. Key Personal Skill Requirements
-       Willing to learn and be flexible in the type or work being done. You will be engaged in all aspects of work KH Developments is involved in; and applicants must be willing to learn new skills and perform work outside of the usual Water and Sewer duties.

Ideal Qualifications
-    Minimum valid Class 5 drivers licence, Class 1 would be an asset.  
-    Ensure quality of work through hands on supervision of the crew.
-    Able to read, understand, and follow engineered drawings.
-    Basic surveying skills, able to take and record pipe elevations for the record drawings
-    Installing/benching manholes, sewer and water pipe, hydrants, couplings and all other fittings.
-    Working with all types of pipe including HDPE, PVC, Clay and concrete.
-    Testing, flushing and chlorination of water systems.
-    Heavy Equipment operation including Track Hoe, Loader, Skid Steers etc.
-    Understanding and conforming to compaction specifications and requirements under different soil conditions.
-    Knowledge of OH &S safety rules and regulations.
