Day/Afternoon/Evening Shifts Available
Able to work an 8-10hr/day rotating shift (this is a 24-hour, 7-day a week operation)
Blow Molding Technician will perform the entire changeover process from mold/tooling/head removal, to mold/tooling head installation, changeover of all downstream equipment, material/resin changes, and start-up of the machine in a safe manner. This position is responsible to maintain the quality of the product while meeting the established production goals to ensure on time shipments.
Inspect products for surface defects and flaws
Read specifications to determine setup and prescribed temperature and time settings.
Ensure conformance to specifications
Eliminate production of defective parts and products
Regulate molding temperature, volume, pressure, and time
Proper startup, in-process support and shutdown of all production job
Have your own transportation (not easily transit accessible)

- Set up and operate extruding machines to extrude plastic compound through a nozzle or die
- Set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products
- Place weighed materials in mixing machines
- Operate mixing machine to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity
- Follow formulation card to mix resin batches for injection moulding process
- Change dies on extruding machines according to production line change
- Change moulds and adjust equipment for production line change
