Description

1. Provide technology consulting advice for internal systems, email, external website and online business  
2. Conduct requirement gathering sessions to identify business requirements
3. Lead throughout the lifecycle of project implementation for systems upgrades
4. Automate manual process to improve work efficiency and avoid human error
5. Continuously review information security issues and suggest for technology resolutions
6. Manage external vendor to support IT incidents and fixes
7. Conduct user training for new staff and new systems functions
8. Strong system troubleshooting skills
9. Highly self-motivated and directed
10. Good verbal and written communication skills
Required Skills:
    Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
    Minimum 8 years experience in managing projects to improve business process automation, business continuity, IT services management
    Certification in project management (Prince2) and IT service management (ITIL)
    Able to provide professional technology advices on all IT aspects including application, desktop, email, server, security, network, storage, backup, disaster recovery, IT procurement, vendor management and user training
    Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced and collaborative environment
    Good communication skills and an ability to present technology ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
    Fluent in both English and Chinese
