The Heavy Construction Safety Association of Saskatchewan Inc. mission is to promote the arts and science of safety to R code employers and their employees in order to reduce incidents and accidents that result in injury and property damage. Employers in the R-code are involved in activities such as Earthmoving, Demolition, Paving, Trenching, Crushing, High Line Electrical work and Sewer & Water work.
The Heavy Construction Safety Association of Saskatchewan Inc. is looking for a full-time (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) Training Administrator based in Regina, SK who is an outgoing, personable, and conscientious team player. This individual will interact with industry employers by registering and processing training requests for a variety of safety courses related to R-code work.
Duties will include:
-Register contractors for training
-Process all eLearning and online training
-Maintaining the company LMS
-Website content development and social media
-Maintain electronic and paper file storage
-Data base maintenance and management
-Various data entry, training records
-Advise on safety training courses
-Other duties as assigned
Must have:
-Excellent oral and written communication
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365
-Outgoing and friendly personality
-Intermediate knowledge of various social media platforms
-Detail oriented
-Willingness to adapt to various duties
-Must have reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
Preference will be given to applicants with a minimum of 2 years heavy civil construction industry experience coupled with an NHSA designation. Will consider applicants with a Business/Office Education certificate along with related experience.
