Description

Looking for a reliable trustworthy individual who is looking for experience in customer service & bar atmosphere. Applicant must be atleast 19 years of age, and will be required to have completed the SIRS course within two weeks of start date. This job includes dealing with clientele directly, serving beverages & food, cleaning, counting inventory, taking payment, & other tasks. Idealy, the applicant uses time management skills to stay organized, exercises friendly customer service standards & keeps a clean workspace.

Main Job Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
- Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
- Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
- Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
- Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
- Other duties as requested

The new hire will begin with one on one training, then will move on to work independently on day shifts. If & when the new hire meets all the required criteria & has a substantial amount of training, management will decide when evening shifts may come available for the new hire.
