As a Sales Specialist for Staging Canadell Ltd. you will be maximizing business growth through both the maintenance of current customers and the acquisition of new customers. As a product expert for portable staging and choral risers you will be helping the customer understand exactly what products suit their specific needs and be responsible for the sales process form the initial call through delivery of the product, as well as post sale support.
What youll be working on
- First contact with customers through answering of calls and online quote submissions or by proactively reaching out to both new customers and current/past customers
- Scheduling follow up calls and emails after the initial quotation
- Becoming a product expert in order to best service our customers needs
- Learning to draw portable staging and choral riser layouts with Staging Canadell s drafting software
- Walking the customer through the entire sales process through the design quote, sales order, payment, scheduling of shipment & delivery and post-sale support
- Implementation and assistance in the development of an ongoing marketing strategy
- Working closely with the operations manager to ensure on-time deliveries while maximizing production efficiencies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a minimum of 3 years in a sales and/or customer service related role
- Excellent organizational skills
- You have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- You have above average proficiency with Microsoft Office
- You have experience in social media from a marketing perspective
- Experience with drawing/drafting software would be an asset although not a requirement
- A passion for Music, Band and the Arts in general would be an asset although not a requirement
