Alliance Energy Ltd. is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in standard human resource functions. The main functions of this role are to oversee and be accountable for various human resource responsibilities, including recruitment and selection; training; learning and development; performance management; compensation and benefits; workforce planning; employee relations; and workplace occupational health and safety. The ideal candidate will have
o post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration and 2-3 years experience in HR preferably in a generalist role.
o Highly developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
o Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
o Firm understanding of Provincial Employment Standards legislation.
o Highly organized, disciplined in time management, and able to appropriately prioritize tasks.
o Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications; specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Conduct performance reviews
- Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
- Arrange training for staff
- Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
