Are you mechanically inclined? Do you enjoy diagnosing and repairing vehicles? Do you have a passion for vehicles? Then we have a Permanent Full-time position open for a professional individual like yourself. We are looking for an  Apprentice Technician!!!

The Apprentice Technician will assist Capital Auto Group to perform maintenance and repair vehicles for our valued customers and work with our Sales team to maintain and repair our inventory.

The Job-may vary depending on Apprentice Level
* Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order. Seeking guidance from a Red Seal Journeyman Apprentice and completing the work with efficiency and accuracy, driving Customer loyalty
* Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication
* Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the Customer
* Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles
* Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
* Maintaining an inventory of normal Technicians tools not normally inventoried by the Service department as special tools
* Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

The Qualifications-may vary depending on Apprentice Level:
* Must hold a minimum Level 1-4 Automotive Service Technician from either a technical vocational school or college
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Motivated with a customer-focused attitude
* Experienced in electrical and engine work
* Looking to work in a flat-rate shop with great earning potential
* Able to drive with an acceptable driver abstract
