Sonyas Insurance & Financial Solutions Ltd.The Co-operators is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Client Support Representative.
Roles and responsibilities:
Act as primary telephone contact for both locations by receiving, redirecting callers and managing voicemail.
Monitor incoming email and daily work lists and distribute appropriately
Accept, process and deposit payments
Manage client billing
Assisting the personal lines specialist on Home, Auto and Travel insurance support
Administrative support services including filing, faxing, photocopying, incoming/outgoing mail, courier service, order/purchase supplies, light housekeeping and other support as required
Qualifications and Skills:
Office Administrative Program or administrative experience is an asset
General Insurance License is an asset, but will be willing to consider candidate who can successfully obtain their Level 1 general insurance license in a designated timeframe
Customer service experience is preferred
Skilled in communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
Strict confidentiality with respect to clients personal information
Candidate must be comfortable and proficient in a technology dependent environment
Must hold a valid drivers license
Successful candidate will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment.
