Armour Safety Inc. is hiring a Safety Instructor for our facility. We are looking for a knowledgeable Safety Instructor who is passionate about safety education and keeping workers and workplaces safe with practical skills.  Must have experience in teaching Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry and/or Rescue and Aerial Work Platform. Certified to instruct Global Ground Disturbance II and ESC H2S Alive would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

-Instructing individuals on safety regulations at heights/Fall Protection training, Aerial work platform and Confined Space Entry and Rescue training.

-Evaluate participants through practical skills and written evaluation

- Following all Covid-19 Protocols for safe classroom delivery

-Sanitizing classroom and equipment prior and following training classes



Qualifiations:

-1+ year experience instructing safety courses

- Background in construction/safety would be an asset

- Strong presentation and engagement skills

- Interest in educating people on work safe practice
