FULL TIME TOWN FOREMAN REQUIRED

The Town of Lafleche is currently accepting applications for the position of Town Foreman. The successful candidate must possess a valid class 5 Drivers License and be prepared to take all necessary and on-going courses required for the day to day operations of the Town. Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following certifications:
Class 2 Water Treatment & Class 2 Water Distribution
Class 1 Wastewater Collection and Treatment
Power Mobile Equipment Operator Certification
Experience in operating and maintaining heavy equipment is an asset, but not mandatory. Duties include but are not limited to: equipment maintenance & repair; knowledge & skill in sidewalk replacement and repairs; road maintenance including snow removal, grading, sweeping, pot hole repairs; raw water pump maintenance & line repair and distribution, water treatment & wastewater management, water meter reading, reporting and servicing; understanding permits and compliance standards.
