David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Temporary Administrative Assistant, Saskatoon, SK on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate can be flexible in their availability and will be able to jump into tasks as needed
The Role:
Input all customer information as required
Various admin tasks
Scan new business information
Filing paper and e-filing
Booking travel arrangements for employees
Managing all record-keeping systems, maintaining filing systems, data entry, updating spreadsheets
The Ideal Candidate:
2 plus years of experience in a professional services environment
Accuracy and attention to detail are key requirements
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
Ability to work independently, and/or in a team environment
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Confidentiality is a key component of this position
