Job Description: Promotes health and healing by functioning as a member of the care team to provide optimum care for convalescent, acutely/chronically ill, home care and long-term care clients/patients/residents.
Required Qualifications

Licensed with the Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses
Practical Nursing Diploma
Experience
Previous: No previous experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license, where required by the job
Organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Communication skills

Position will support COVID Testing and Assessment site.  Services may be provided at testing and assessment site, in client's home or other mobile sites in Melville and surrounding area.  Position may be required to work days, evenings and weekends to respond to the needs of Melville and surrounding area.

       Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check (less than 6 months old)
       Certificate/Diploma/Degree as required for position
       Any applicable licenses/registrations relating to the role
