Cyber Security Analyst

One (1) Permanent Position

Position Summary:

Working under the direction of ISCs Information Security Architect, and reporting to the Principal Solutions Architect, this position is responsible for the following:

-Assists the Information Security Architect in developing and implementing security standards, processes, procedures and guidelines for the organization.

-Ensures and monitors security compliance within the ISC enterprise based on defined rules, regulations and policies.

-Coordinates vulnerability scans and develops remediation plans to address discovered vulnerabilities.

-Monitors security tools and responds to alerts and events and coordinates remediation efforts with vendors, partners and internal Technology Solutions teams.

-Coordinates yearly security awareness training and performs regular phishing tests to assess security maturity.

-Develops and maintains a standard security report set based on KPIs and assists with internal and external security audits and penetration tests.

-Tracks current security threats and trends and then prioritizes and coordinates the response to identified threats and risks.

-Coordinates vulnerability scans for application development initiatives and other projects as required.

-Works closely with other TS teams and business users by providing technical security troubleshooting skills and knowledge.
