The executive director must be:

    a person of vision with the ability to look beyond the present, make plans for the future, and bring these plans to reality
    a skilled leader with the ability to empower others in a healthy environment, where growth is the norm and the centres values are upheld
    a committed Christian  exhibit strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity; agree with and be willing to uphold the PCC Core Documents Background

Background

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    Two or more years experience or volunteering in a helping profession or in a Christian ministry would be desirable
    Experience and skills in information technology

Personal Qualities and Skills

    Spiritual maturity  an in-depth knowledge of Scripture
    Strong leadership skills
    Visionary able to picture future growth, and communicate enthusiastically to others in a way that engages and motivates
    Effective communication skills, written and oral
    Public speaking skills  comfortable addressing large groups
    Teaching capabilities  teaching large groups and one-on-one mentoring
    Compassionate and empathic
    Respectful of authority  committed to submitting to direction of the board
    Flexible able to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize, and make necessary changes
    Wisdom and sound judgment to problem solve, make decisions, and develop procedures
    Goal-oriented works persistently to accomplish objectives set by self and the board; able to keep commitments and deadlines

Administrative skills

Attention to detail; organized.
    Ability to manage finances  experience with Quickbooks, Office, and Ekroys programs would be desirable
    Training and developing staff and volunteers
