Position Summary
*Please note, this is a term position for up to 13 months.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Human Resources Associate (Nurse, Kinesiologist, HR Professional, etc.) in our Workplace Health & Safety Branch. This term position will provide guidance and support on health, wellness, attendance management, and the Return-to-Work program for an assigned client portfolio. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the portfolio leadership team as well as supervisors and front-line employees. This role provides hands on HR experience in a specialist capacity, providing program administration/management and developing program evaluation methods. At a high level, duties are as follows:
-Assess the needs of specific employees, often working in concert with external health service provider
-Consult with City of Reginas Client Services & Labour Relations Branch, unions and managers to develop accommodation options
