The Town of Unity is seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual for the position of Payroll Clerk commencing immediately. This in-scope position requires an energetic team player with strong public relations, organizational skills, computer literacy and excellent oral and written communication abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS:
Minimum Grade 12
Knowledge of computerized accounting, payroll systems and Saskatchewan Labor legislations.
Experience in dealing with the Workers Compensation Board, Canada Revenue Agency and other governmental bodies in relation to various aspects of payroll.
Proven communication and public relation skills.
Ability to work independently, to prioritize the workload and complete tasks in an organized manner.
Willingness to further education/training courses as recommended by the CAO.
Microsoft Office/data entry experience.
Working hours are between 9.00 to 17.00 and starting hourly wage as per C.U.P.E. Local 2752 is $26.60.
