Description

Cropper Motors Inc is a family-owned business operating in Naicam since 1963. We are looking for a responsible, organized individual that is interested in training to assemble and inspect B620 tanks. The right person would be available Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm and some overtime as required.
We are a registered B620 assembler and inspector. Transport Canadas B620 standard sets out the requirements for the design, construction, certification, assembly, modification, repair, testing, inspection, periodic re-testing, maintenance, and marking of highway tanks (tank trucks) and TC portable tanks for the transportation of dangerous goods.
Job Duties would include:
-Understanding pressure vessel tank test and inspection.
-Accomplishing tasks by understanding assembly instructions, blueprints and gathering the required parts, tools, and materials to complete the fabrication or inspection.
-Resolving assembly problems by altering fabrication while meeting specifications.
-Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
-Documenting and completing the appropriate forms associated with assembling and inspections.
-Ability to use power tools.
-High school graduate or technical training.
Preference will be given to individuals who have experience in B620 regulations, welding or assembling.
