Vendastas Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for researching, coordinating and delivering the resources and tools required by the Acquisition Sales teams to drive sales & revenue.
Responsibilities
Be the expert on channel partners and the journeys & buying criteria that influence buying decisions
Gather quantitative and qualitative data on what is and is not working through the sales process
Assist with communication of our value proposition of the products to the and assist in the development of sales training methods that support
Work with various teams to develop new ways to demo our products and services
Own and manage all tactical pricing and promotions across the acquisition sales floor
Managing sales assets in an accessible location and develop tactics to help surface the right materials at the right moments
Own and manage the delivery of internal sales contests that support and enhance sales performance
Qualifications
Bachelors of Commerce Degree
Direct experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, and/or Product Marketing preferred
Superior organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results
