Were looking for a new member of our People & Culture team at Hillberg & Berk for a 6-month term. What can you expect in this role?

Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, youll develop and maintain relationships with our people leaders, provide people recommendations based on company strategy, knowledge, research, and have a deep understanding of business needs. You will often be the face of Hillberg & Berk as you meet and interact with future employees as well as support leaders and their teams in creating an engaging and inclusive work environment.

As a People & Culture Consultant, you are an adaptable person, who is excited to work alongside a team who is passionate about delivering quality HR programs and services to a growing and agile organization.

What do you need to apply?

You have 4-7 years of experience in a variety or HR functions or working in a Human Resources generalist role. Ideally, you possess a post-secondary education in human resources, and though a CPHR would be an asset, it is not required.  Your skills using the Microsoft Office Suite and platforms that support a distributed work environment will support your success in this role.
