WESK is a non-profit organization that has helped thousands of women start, purchase and expand their businesses. We are seeking a full-time Lending and Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Saskatoon.

About the position:

Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, the Lending and Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the lending function and general office administration. The Office Administrator assists with lending administration, processes memberships and provides general administrative support and reception services. The ideal candidate will have a background in the lending/loans/banking sector, legal industry or other financial services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare month-end and year-end lending and membership reporting as required
Prepare various loan documents and update client information from templates
Enter client and lending information into database software program
Conduct searches: Equifax, Corporate Profiles, Land Registry, PPSA
Assist the Lending Advisor where needed, in communicating with loan clients
Act as primary contact for all incoming client inquiries
Perform all general reception and office administration duties
Process membership applications and assist with membership administration
Provide administrative support to programs as required
Act as first point of contact with external IT support

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in business, finance, or legal administration
3-5 years general office administration experience
1-3 years lending, legal or financial services administrative experience
Strong computer skills with experience in database management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
