We currently have an opening for a Cosmetic Medical Receptionist. We are looking for someone who is as passionate as we are about delivering the very best this industry has to offer!

To qualify for this position, you should be enthusiastic, self-motivated and professional. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to multi-task efficiently in a fast paced environment and is able to learn and adapt quickly.

Previous experience is an asset.

Daily Responsibilities & Duties:
- Greet visitors
- Book, change, and cancel client appointments
- Opening and closing duties
- Read and reply to emails
- Answer phone calls
- Stocking supplies
- Inventory management
- Checking clients in and out
- Organize client files for daily treatments
- Be able to accurately explain to clients the range of services offered at the clinic
- Assist clients with their skin care product needs
- Collect/verify client intake information and treatment consent forms
- Maintain quality service by following the clinic's standards
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness for the front lobby area
- Other duties as assigned
