We are seeking proven leaders who have deep experience relating to roadbuilding. This full-time permanent opportunity is with an organization that values safety, adaptability, and client-focused solutions.

The Role:
Organize and coordinate the daily activities of all crew members, subcontractors, and equipment and utilize corrective action to keep the project on time and on budget
Liaise with customers, engineers and project managers in an effective, professional and respectful manner
Provide leadership for 3-5 foremen and up to 40 crew members
Work with respective foremen to plan work in an efficient and effective order, coordinate with plant & logistics to optimize daily production in a safe and timely manner
Review and adhere to construction schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met
Read and interpret project plans and specifications
Ensure paperwork and employee timesheets are completed properly and submitted on time
Liaise with the Human Resource department on a variety of employee-related issues, including employee development, recruitment, benefits, training, terminations, and investigations
Ensure base crews conduct daily and weekly safety meetings and inspections
Ensure and lead by example on Health and Safety related policies and processes
Other related duties as required.
