Summary. HCM Customer Support Representative is a member of the Client Services team and supports new and existing customers using Vibe HCM Products, such as On-boarding, Applicant/Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Self Service/ Manager Self Service (ESS/MSS), Content Management and Workflow. The Customer Support Rep Level 1 provides primary assistance and support to customer issues related to one or more of Vibe HCMs applications.
Location. This role will be based in either in Saskatoon, SK, CAN or Austin, TX, or Elkhart, IN, USA.
