Description

SIGN Family Support seeks an independent, supportive, creative, resourceful and empathetic individual to support families within Yorkton and Fort QuAppelle and rural surrounding areas as directed by the Family Support Manager. The successful individual will collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate client care and support in consultation with individuals and their families, while maintaining the rights and dignity of individuals.

Qualifications and experience:
    A Bachelors degree, diploma or certification and training appropriate to the position;
    A minimum of one (1) year experience working with children, youth and families;
    Valid drivers license and access to a personal motor vehicle for transportation of clients;
    A current and clean RCMP criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
