In this position, reporting to the Managing Directors, Hill Company Holdings, you will be responsible for providing, leadership, support, preparation, and administration of a variety of investment and financial activities related to the diversified portfolio of companies. Administrative duties will include scheduling meetings, recording minutes, electronic data including email and calendar management, and investment administration.
Preference will be given to an individual who possesses:
*Post secondary education and two years experience in a related field. Paralegal experience is an asset but not a requirement;
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, format documents and manage data;
*Demonstrated organization and analytical skill with the ability to multi-task and work within deadlines;
*Superior written and verbal communication;
*Ability to build strong relationships;
*Ability to work independently and in teams using sound judgment and initiative; and
*Motivation and willingness to experience a fast-paced environment.
