Lakeland Motel Inn located at Hwy 9 and 49, Preeceville, SK S0A 3B0, is currently looking for A Motel Manager. Salary will be based on $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week of work. Applicant to have university/college diploma or degree. Applicant should be fluent in English. Applicants with minimum of one year experience, are preferred. Some of the job duties are as below:
    Implement the policies and procedures for staff and customers
    Prepare budgets and monitor revenue and expenses
    Develop marketing and promotional strategies
    Manage front desk operations
    Resolve customer complaints
    Order and negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
    Recruit and train new staff and set work schedules
