Citizens All Association is seeking an indefinite term full time team leader. This is an out of scope leadership position that involves frontline work as well as leadership responsibilities.
The position involves day, evening and weekend shifts as well as on call responsibilities.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in the humanities (Disability Service Worker, Social Work or related field)
- Minimum three years successful experience supporting person with intellectual disabilities
- or an acceptable combination of training and experience
- Extensive frontline and managerial experience
- First Aid & CPR certificates
- PART, MANDT, TLR & BST are considered assets
- Valid Saskatchewan drivers license & own vehicle required
- Clean criminal record check and vulnerable sector search
