Description

Working with our Marketing Systems youll help enable our marketing and prospecting stack by building observability around our emailing system as well as automations.  
Our development teams practice Agile scrum methodologies, and we pride ourselves on having an accountability-based management culture. That means the communication channel with your manager is open and project management is done in a collaborative manner.

What You'll Do
Work on a remote team of 3-6 other developers
Help ensure email deliverability and build out automations and monitoring around it
Work with Sendgrid APIs
Collaborate on architectural and design decisions
Participate in backlog refinement to ensure were solving the right problems
Provide and receive feedback on code
Contribute to achieving team level objectives
Follow best practices to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable software through the use of Test Driven Development
Voice your opinions throughout sprints to help ensure were building a successful platform
Help fix bugs and manage tech debt

Skills & Qualifications
2+ years experience in a related field
Bachelors degree in software engineering or computer science, or the equivalent education and experience
Proficiency in modern software language and willingness to quickly learn our technology stack
Strong understanding of asynchronous workflows

Bonus Points:
Golang experience
Experience in the email domain
Knowledge of Sendgrid APIs
Experience or strong understanding of distributed applications
Experience with 3rd party integrations
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform
