Description

Duck Mountain Provincial Park
Sask Aquatic Adventures has been in operation for 2 years. Opening for a third season with the expansion to 4 new provincial parks in Saskatchewan. The setting is located at the beach, in the lake and on the inflatable water park. Manager will lead the location ensuring the patrons and staffs safety is priority. We are looking for a Manager who will act as a positive role model for their team, understanding the position is a seasonal position employing younger ages.  

-must be 18+
-National Lifeguarding Certificate is an asset and desired but not a must
-Experience with customer service/handling cash and previous management skills is desired
-Strong leadership and assertive communication is an asset  
-must have Standard first aid or CPR/AED
-must have current criminal record check.
-Flexible hours required.
-Must have excellent written and communication skills.
-Must be able to work in a fast paced/busy environment and make rational decisions under pressure  
-Must enjoy the outdoors and engaging with people of all ages
-Must be able to work effectively as a team member

Duties and Responsibilities
-Safely and effectively follow the procedures pertaining to Sask Aquatic Adventures.
-Delegate roles and responsibilities to the staff recognizing strengths and weaknesses
-Running and operating POS system (Square)
-Answering the phone (Cell phone provided)
-Scheduling  
-Payroll (ADP)
-Cash Handling/Bank Deposits  
-Assisting and helping staff grow  
-Professionally handle daily challenges that may arise
-Addressing public concerns and issues  

Full time position available
Accommodations at campground can be negotiated  
Seasonal position- June to September (start and end date are variant on weather conditions)
