Description

Bros Welding & Services Ltd. is a family-owned company operating out of Saskatchewan since 2008. We offer a variety of welding, fabrication, construction, and project management services. On behalf of a site owner, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of Project Manager or Project Engineer to lead Capital Projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project support and coordination.
Duties will include but are not limited to:

Coordination between the site owner, contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, site safety and training teams, and other participants as required
Project management and operations planning
Project engineering
Coordination of daily construction meetings
Monitoring and enforcement of the site owners safety standards, procedures, and policies
Planning and coordination with the project team to ensure the successful completion of projects
Creation and maintenance of multiple project schedules and budgets

Assets:

Junior/intermediate Engineer with underground potash experience
Engineering degree is an asset, but not a requirement
3-5 years experience in Project Management in an industrial setting
Operations planning experience
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

The successful candidate will be required to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test as a condition of employment.
