Job Description: Maintains all aspects of staff scheduling while adhering to collective bargaining agreements and staffing guidelines of all departments within the scheduling office.
Required Qualifications

Office Administration certificate
Experience
Previous: Twelve (12) months previous experience working in an office environment to develop organizational skills and gain an understanding of functional requirements of the organization.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Intermediate computer skills
Communication skills
Ability to work independently

LOCATION:  KINDERSLEY OR ROSETOWN

Should the Employer be unable to recruit a qualified applicant, other applicants who would be willing to obtain the required qualifications at their own expense within 2 years may be considered. Such applicants must have training on computer suite applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), word processing abilities, experience working within an office or business setting and satisfactorily complete a job interview that includes computer and keyboarding skills testing.
   An interview may be requested.
   The successful candidate shall be required to provide a satisfactory criminal record check including a vulnerable sector query as a condition of employment.
   Part Time Employees:  scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.
