Key Accountabilities:
* Services: Provides support to residential, clinical and educational teams to effectively respond to grievances, quality of care concerns, serious incidents or identified issues of risk. Promotes best practice and accreditation standards.
* Leadership: Fosters a culture of learning and improvement, role models agency values and demonstrates a commitment for personal/professional development.
* Management of Resources:Demonstrates a strong commitment to improving agency processes to provide excellent service to clients and efficient use of resources.
* Safety: Promotes and reinforces safe work practices and procedures within the agency. Integrates safety practices and procedures when developing new processes
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate will have an Undergraduate Degree in Social Sciences, Business, or related field of study. They will possess 4 to 5 years of related experience and some experience of analyzing business processes within a service -based organization. 2 years of Agency experience is an asset.
