What we're looking for:

A qualified candidate prepared to relocate to Meadow Lake, SK.
You have completed a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
You are licensed to practice and are in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals or eligible for registration.
You have prior experience in a Community Pharmacy.
You have a strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving skills and with good attention to details skills.
Experience supervising a Pharmacy team is an asset.
You are professional and brand-oriented with a friendly and positive demeanor to model a strong customer focus.
You are willing to actively participate in patients healthcare outcomes.
You are willing to participate in various managed care initiatives (osteoporosis, diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension & asthma).
You are able to incorporate business skills in order to increase profit.
You look for continuous improvement through optimizing work processes.
You are action oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
You have strong interpersonal savvy skills; relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people.
You are willing to be involved in the community.
You take accountability and can work under minimal supervision.
You have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Our Pharmacy is open 9am  6pm Monday through Friday and closed statutory holidays.
Our new Pharmacy Manager will be working with a friendly and hardworking team that consists of Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, and Pharmacy Clerks.
Salary range for this position is $105-158K. We offer a Good Pension Plan, Extended Healthcare, Dental Benefits, Life Insurance, Optional Life Group Insurance and Long-term Disability.
