The Regina Open Door Society Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to staff a term part-time position of Virtual Assistant. The start date for this position is Wednesday, March 10, 2021.
Position Summary
This positions primary responsibility is to provide basic to intermediate technical support for computer or tablet usage to adult language learners including those with low literacy skills attending online/blended classes. This position aims to improve the client service experience by educating them on the use of various platforms to meet client language learning needs. This position supports the Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) program with service delivery and helps identify and reduce barriers to service accessibility. The position reports to the Manager of Language Services and work in close collaboration with the LINC Leadership team and teaching staff.
