Location: Moose Jaw OR Regina, SK
Reporting to the Manager, Geotechnical Structures and Design, an employee in this job will provide professional geotechnical engineering support in the investigation, design, construction, risk assessment, operation, maintenance, monitoring and assessment, and rehabilitation of the WSAs water management infrastructure projects.
Educational and Experience Requirements and Technical Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering or a similar engineering discipline, a license to practice professional engineering from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS).
Applicants with the required education will be assessed to determine Management Class level based on relevant experience.
Work is performed in both field and office settings. Work performed in the field environment can occur in a variety of weather climates and conditions and requires the wearing of standard protective equipment and training in confined space entry. Travel is required that results in short duration stays away from headquarters.
Accuracy and detail in the completion of work is required.
