In an ongoing effort to support our client, a well-known construction company with deep roots in Regina, SK, we are looking to hire seasonal Loader Operators for their paving crews. If you have experience operating hydraulically powered, front-mounted bucket or scoop to load semis or stockpile aggregate, have a passion to work safely and want to be part of a fast-paced and productive team, this is the opportunity for you.

The Role:
Operate the loader and other equipment as needed in a safe and efficient manner
Maintain the equipment including applicable safety checks
Assist with site prep and clean up
Clear communication with supervisors and teammates to ensure all matters are dealt with immediately
Detailed documentation records and reports
Comply with legislation regarding safe operation and occupational health and safety protocol

The Ideal Candidate:
2-3 years road and paving construction experience with 3-5 of those years operating a roller
Strong work ethic with a focus on health and safety, integrity, reliability, and team-player
Flexible schedule as overtime may be required
Physically able to work in a high paced environment and willing to perform other duties to complete a job
PME certification for equipment
CSA approved steel-toe boots are required
